The gown on the bed is a Regency costume pattern. It turned out rather well, if I do say so myself.

I have a friend who is a professional upholsterer, and she is teaching me to upholster.

And now for the kittens! I had never been around tiny baby cats before. 

One of the kittens was very sick at birth. A flat chest, heart murmur, and swimmer legs. 

He was in a corset to reshape his chest, and medical tape to stiffen his legs. He is a big and healthy cat now.
